  • Inability to concentrate

  • Waiting on others
  • Playing video games
  • Consuming news and political content
  • Overthinking

To successfully eliminate time-wasting activities, it’s crucial to replace them with healthier habits. Relying solely on willpower can be challenging; instead, focus on creating new routines.

Additionally, to reduce my social media usage, I’ve made it a challenge to access those apps by relocating them deep within my phone or deleting them, which makes it less convenient to indulge.
