Chapter 1: Introduction to Microwebsite Flipping

I want to share a business strategy that I've successfully utilized for almost a decade. This method is ideal for solo entrepreneurs due to its low startup expenses and the potential for significant income growth—enough to potentially replace your 9-to-5 job!
Many of my students have thrived in this model, earning thousands, even tens of thousands of dollars!
Here’s the concept: it's all about flipping websites—specifically, microwebsites.
These are small, starter sites that are simple to create and expand, attracting a consistent audience of buyers eager to acquire them.
These microwebsites typically sell for $100 to $500 each. You can develop 5 to 10 of them weekly at your own pace, which could translate to earnings of up to $2,500 a month or more.
Calculations:
5 websites/week X $150/sale = $750/week
10 websites/week X $150/sale = $1,500/week
Chapter 2: The Flipping Process
In essence, here's how the flipping process unfolds:
- Build a Website
Creating a website can take me a few hours. As you build more microwebsites, your speed will increase. This phase involves securing a domain, hosting, installing WordPress, and choosing a theme.
- Grow a Website
This stage includes adding webpages and content. Although generating traffic and monetizing the site can be part of the process, they aren’t strictly necessary. I’ve flipped numerous websites that had neither traffic nor income.
- Flip a Website
You can sell the site whenever you feel ready—be it a week after building it, a month, or even a year later.
That's the crux of it!
To be candid, creating and selling these straightforward starter sites can sometimes feel a bit monotonous, but the financial rewards are genuine. Plus, there's an undeniable satisfaction in selling a site that you crafted from the ground up!
