Unlocking the Future by Embracing the Past: A Transformative Airport Encounter

Written on

Chapter 1: A Surprising Encounter at the Airport

Recently, while at the airport, I had a truly eye-opening experience. As I sat there engrossed in a video about the advantages of breathwork, a young man chose to sit right next to me—far too close for comfort. With so many empty seats around, I couldn't help but wonder if he had any concept of personal space.

After a few moments, he tapped my shoulder, interrupting my thoughts. “Excuse me, I hope I’m not bothering you, but I noticed the video you’re watching. Are you into breathwork?” His friendly approach quickly dispelled my initial annoyance, and we soon found ourselves immersed in a conversation about healing and spiritual growth.

As we talked, he revealed that he had felt compelled by a guardian angel to sit beside me and inquired if I would be open to receiving an energy reading. The next half hour was a whirlwind of profound insights, emotional moments, and witnessing this man channel messages from the other side, specifically for me.

He conveyed numerous messages, but the one that resonated most was the need to honor my ancestors. He emphasized the significance of connecting with the women in my maternal lineage, suggesting that this connection was vital for my healing journey. He even proposed that I bury a necklace from my grandmother as a symbolic act of devotion.

His guidance highlighted that when I honor my female ancestors, I should focus on their wombs and hearts rather than their individual personalities. He insisted that loving and healing my female lineage was integral to my purpose on this planet, and that doing so would help me unlock the next chapter of my life. He kept referring to a keyhole, implying that recognizing my ancestors was the essential key to my progress.

This experience prompted some deep reflection. We often become fixated on the future—manifesting our desires, planning ahead, and dreaming about what’s next. However, we cannot truly move forward without first acknowledging our past. It’s essential to confront not only our own experiences but also the trials faced by our ancestors.

Sometimes, the only path to forward momentum lies in looking back. I’ve realized that evading our past, both our own and that of our forebears, can leave us feeling unanchored and adrift. The past is an integral part of us; it exists within our hearts, bodies, and the present moment.

If you find yourself running in circles, perhaps it’s time to take a moment to look backward. There’s a reason we have rearview mirrors, and occasionally, glancing back can guide us precisely where we need to go.

Keep inspiring,

Nicole
