Following this, I indulge in an uplifting or motivational reading, often choosing from my current favorite books. Lately, I’ve been inspired by Michael Singer’s works, particularly The Untethered Soul and The Surrender Experiment. On other occasions, I turn to Human Kind by Brad Aronson.
After my reading, I focus on my affirmations and visualizations regarding my future aspirations. These are written down but memorized through repetition, as they have remained unchanged for a while. I encourage you to articulate your vision for the future to enhance your morning affirmations and visualizations.
To round off my morning, I engage in physical exercise. Depending on the season, I might adjust my routine, as I prefer to work out in cooler weather. It’s essential for me to adhere to my routine while allowing for some flexibility as needed.
