Chapter 1: The Dilemma of Posting Medium Articles

Once upon a time, I made the decision to share my Medium articles on my blog at www.CliffordJones.com/blog. However, this choice may not have been as wise as I initially thought, as none of the images were loading, despite the plugin being current.

“Ugh!”

In my perspective, having a blog devoid of content is one thing, but featuring Medium articles without any images is nearly unbearable. Now that my internal alarm is ringing loudly, I ponder whether I should reach out to my tech-savvy friend and possibly pay him to resolve the issue. Yet, before taking that step, I thought it would be beneficial to share my situation with fellow writers on Medium and get some feedback.

Am I alone in facing this issue? If others have encountered similar challenges, what insights can they offer?

I might consider repurposing my Medium content and posting it directly on my blog, which could be a more effective strategy for increasing traffic and growing my email list. However, my time is currently devoted to ghostwriting, crafting sales copy, and coaching clients.

My wiser self advises, “Stick to what you're good at. Wait for responses to this article, then reach out to your web expert who knows this realm better than you do.”

Am I the only one who has these internal dialogues? I sincerely hope not.

I appreciate any insights you can provide, especially since my blog feels stagnant at the moment.
