While you may seem unbreakable and bear the bruises, this can lead them to believe it's okay to keep pushing boundaries. You might accept this treatment, simply because you are resilient.

However, you don’t have to endure this.

Dear resilient individuals, you possess extraordinary perseverance, but it's crucial to ensure that your endurance is invested in environments that support your well-being. Choose to remain where you can truly flourish and lead a fulfilling, soul-nourishing life.

Your ability to endure hardship is commendable, yet it doesn't mean you must live a life filled with struggle simply because you know how to overcome it. Your resilience is impressive and can empower you to tackle various challenges that ultimately foster growth.

Remember, not everything needs to be a struggle. Allow yourself to experience ease and comfort more often.

Embrace your resilience, but ensure that your life isn't solely constructed around how much you can endure.
