Self-care should be at the forefront, enabling you to manage various responsibilities like caring for children, running a business, and spending quality time with family. Here are five strategies that have transformed my self-care routine, which you can adopt as well!

As someone dealing with chronic pain due to scoliosis, this became essential when I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey. These therapies have not only alleviated my pain but also helped manage the stress that comes with entrepreneurship, leading to a much better mental state.

Sometimes, I unwind with a favorite show while pampering myself with a face mask and manicuring my nails in bed.
